Cancellation Policy

 

Please keep in mind we do require a 24 hours notice in order to cancel or make any changes to your appointment booked with us.

needed to your appointment.

 We understand that situations come up and adjustments will need to be made. We will try our best to accommodate you with changes you need to make to your appointment. We value your time with us. When you give us enough time to make those adjustments to your appointment, it allows us the opportunity to call other clients who might be waiting to get an appointment.  

 

If you find that you are unable to make your appointment without giving us at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled

services you have with us.

 

Upon booking appointments with us at Natura Salon

we ask clients to reserve their desired appointment

with a valid credit or debit card. ​
